JASON BELL MS, CSCS, NSCA-CPT, NASM-CES, LMT, COTA

Jason is the Co-Director of Performance Enhancement for MountainTop Physical Therapy + NEXTLEVEL. Working within an integrated team approach, Jason provides transitional rehabilitation services, personal training and the design and implementation of performance enhancement programs for high school, collegiate, Olympic and professional athletes. Jason currently serves as a Consultant/Strength and Conditioning Coach for Corner Canyon and North Summit high school football - Combining for 5 Utah State Championships.

Jason developed NEXTLEVEL NFL Combine and Pro-Day Training, preparing draft eligible players for the NFL Combine and Pro-Day. Worked as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach/Corrective Exercise Specialist for the University of Utah Football program. Served as a Consultant for Clutch Players/Reebok providing screening and injury prevention programs for college and NBA bound basketball players. Developed and instructed the Orthopedic Assessment course for the Sports Massage Career Track at the Utah College of Massage Therapy and the University of Alaska Anchorage. Worked as a Occupational Therapy Assistant in various settings from upper extremity rehabilitation to transitional care units.
 
Jason holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with emphasis in Rehabilitation Science from CAL U Pennsylvania and a Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Utah. Jason is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, Full body Certified Active Release Technique Provider, FSMTB Licensed Massage Therapist, AMTA National Sport Team Member and a AOTA Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
 
Jason is a veteran of the US Navy, Naval Special Warfare Combatant Craft- Crewmen (SWCC) with Special Boat Unit 11.  Jason is married to Jennifer Bell. They have two sons, Tristan and Austin.

Dymond is the Co-Director of Performance Enhancement for MountainTop Physical Therapy + NEXTLEVEL. Working within an integrated team approach, Dymond designs transitional rehabilitation programs, provides patient care, personal training and the design and implementation of performance enhancement programs for developmental, high school, collegiate, Olympic and professional athletes.
 
Dymond worked with NEXTLEVEL NFL Combine and Pro-Day Training, preparing draft eligible players for the NFL Combine and Pro-Day workouts. Served as a Sport Massage Therapist for the Real Salt Lake soccer team and the University of Utah Athletic Department.

Dymond holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science Degree from the University of Utah and a Associates of Science as a Physical Therapy Assistant from Salt Lake Community College. Dymond is a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NSMTB Board Certified Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified FMS provider.
 
Dymond is a former Division 1 football player for the University of Utah. College record holder at Grinnell College for the Indoor 55m dash and medley relay. All-State high school football and track and field athlete at Skyline High School in Salt Lake City, Utah. Dymond is married to Tracy. They have one son, Abraham.  
AUSTIN BELL AS, NASM-CPT, FMS-1

Austin is a Certified Personal Trainer and PT Tech for MountainTop Physical Therapy + NEXTLEVEL. Working within an integrated team approach, Austin provides patient care, transitional rehabilitation, personal training and the implementation of performance enhancement programs for youth and high school athletes.

Austin holds a Associates of Science Degree in Outdoor and Fitness Leadership from Snow College. Austin is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) and Level 1 Certified FMS provider.
 
Austin worked as the running back coach at Brighton High School during the 2022 season. Austin is a former Division 1 football player for BYU and Snow College. Austin was listed by 24/7 as a 3 Star running back and a First Team All-State running back out of 6A Corner Canyon High School in Draper, Utah. During his time Corner Canyon won three straight state championships in 2018, 2019 and 2020 and the team tied for the longest win streak in Utah High School football history at 48 consecutive wins. Austin finished his career with 3,020 All-Purpose YDS, 43 total TDS, 41 tackles and 2 interceptions.

Austin loves to surf, fly fish, snorkel, camp, snowboard and travelling the world.
