TESTIMONIALS

"I met Jason in 2007 when I moved to Park City, and I'm glad I did. I played 9 years in the NFL and I attribute much to him in helping me able to meet the demands of playing at that level. Without question he was a big part of extending the longevity of my career in the NFL. I've used him as a trainer in the off season to help me get ready for camps and the season as well as for rehabilitation and therapy to keep me healthy & able to train at a high level. I've been fortunate to work with many gifted and talented trainers and therapists over the years, but I would say few have had the knowledge and expertise that Jason has. He has an incredible understanding of the body and its functions & movements and what may be hindering those movements. It doesn't take long for him to get down to the root of any issues or areas of weakness and start correcting them. I have found it rare to find someone that not only can find the area of concern and implement a training program to correct it, but can also put his hands on it and address it that way as well.  I've been getting ART from him over the years and its a great combination with the training and corrective programs. Simply put he's one of the best trainers and therapists I've ever come across."

"My name is Pam Eichner and I have the great pleasure of saying Jason Bell has been my therapist for several years.  I have had three knee surgeries - the last of which left me with CRPS - nerve damage. I panicked at how my knee was feeling because sometimes it would just give way underneath me.  Jason immediately got to work with strengthening exercises, balance work and a list of exercises for me to work on at home.  In addition to helping me physically, his gentle humor, sincerity and genuine concern for my condition - helped me emotionally.  I will never be able to adequately thank him for that.

I work as a film actor and need to be able to move without any hint of injury - no small task with CRPS in my knee.  Because of Jason's consistency of care, I have been able to continue with the work and I love and my knee does not interfere with my day to day life - as I know it would were it not for him.  I marvel at how he is always able to find the exact spot triggering other issues and he sets things right with muscle relaxation and massage.  Jason has dramatically improved my knee and as a result - my life.  He is the perfect balance of professionalism and humor. He's a treasure. I am proud to call Jason my friend and grateful to call him my therapist."

"Jason was my right hand man at Utah. He is the best in the country at what he does."

Former Head Football Coach, Ohio State Buckeyes

"I was an elite Division I athlete playing 3 sports a year for 4 years ( cross country, indoor and outdoor track).  I suffered a debilitating back injury tearing 3 lumbar discs when I was 39 years old from all the wear and tear and overuse I put my body through for decades.  It took me years to recover and it was not until I met Jason that my recovery took a huge upswing.  I have now been working out  with Jason 2 to 3 times a week consistently for over 6 years, and I can honestly say at 54 years old, I am stronger and smarter about my workouts now than when I was in college, and running professionally for Adidas.  Jason brought back my mental and physical toughness at an unprecedented level.  He is gifted at making his clients feel special and connecting to their personal goals and needs.  At 54 years old, I am able to crank out in an hour work-out, 90 push-ups, 30 pull ups, intervals of running backwards on a 45 degree treadmill while wearing 20 pound weight vest and this is all in the midst of doing other intervals of upper, core, and lower body sets.  Jason has the unique in-depth hands-on knowledge, academic credentials, years of experience, and innate supportive human spirit to enhance and push the envelop to achieve the highest caliber of athletic performance while enabling the client to have the confidence to achieve strength and flexibility within their personal comfort zone.  He clearly understands the razor edge of balance between pushing extremely hard to expand one's fitness level while being sensitive to past or recently incurred injuries.  Throughout the years, Jason has had to adjust and tweak my workouts depending on any physical set backs I might have experienced from  traveling too much for work. There is no injury he can't help you overcome and dominate. "

Kathy Sclein, Park City, Consumer Marketing Consultant

“During my time at the University of Utah we had our lowest rate of injury (limited participation in practice), and I believe that there was a direct correlation with Jason's presence and programs in our strength center during the off-season. His combination of intellectual and analytical abilities made him a valuable asset to our program. His contribution was unique, as finding a professional with his skill set is a rarity. Jason is what I hope is the future of strength and conditioning.”
