           KINETIC CHAIN ASSESSMENT
 

The Kinetic Chain Assessment is the FOUNDATION to all programs at NEXTLEVEL! The information from the KCA will be used as a blueprint, helping us determine exactly where your program should start and what it should include to get you started safely and effectively. The KCA can not only maximize results in training by helping establish individualized programs, but readily identifies functional limitations and asymmetries that can reduce the effects of training and lead to increased risk of injury. Components of the KCA may include: Review of health history, postural analysis, gait analysis, Functional Movement Screen (FMS), core/muscle testing, range of motion, and eccentric/neuromuscular control. 

           ADVANCED MANUAL THERAPY/ SPORTS MASSAGE

At NEXTLEVEL we believe in delivering superior manual therapy techniques to our clients and patients. Our team has intensive  training and experience in Active Release Technique (ART), Orthopedic Massage and Advance Sports Massage. We believe in accurately assessing and then using the technique needed to resolve dysfunction and restore balance in the body. This approach will facilitate the healing process from training, injury or surgery by helping to align scar tissue, hydrating soft tissue, creating space within the myofascial system and promoting proper positioning of each joint.            CORRECTIVE EXERCISE

 

Corrective Exercise is an assessment driven approach, where the Kinetic Chain Assessment is used to identify any possible underlying risk factors and dysfunction. Once identified, Corrective Exercise can maximize results by creating a safe, individualized program, developing a plan of action, and implementing Corrective Exercise solutions. Corrective Exercise is specifically designed to improve soft tissue extensibility/ mobility, activate weak muscles, improve stability and motor control, establish good postural integrity, and integrate fundamental movement patterns.

           1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING & SEMI-PRIVATE (GROUP) TRAINING

 

1:1 Personal Training is for the client who desires the individual attention that will take their health and fitness in life, work or sport to the next level. In this integrated training model you will receive an individualized workout plan written specifically for you based on your goals, needs, and abilities. Semi-Private Training sessions allow you and up to 6 friends to work together with NEXTLEVEL to achieve a shared fitness goal. Semi-Private Training sessions are close-knit so that we can give you the attention you deserve. 

           PERFORMANCE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING (YOUTH to ELITE)

 

This well-rounded, cutting edge program implements a safe, competitive, fun, and educational training prescription to allow the athlete to improve his/her overall athletic performance and decrease injury potential. The customized training program gives you an opportunity to take your skills to the next level. Progressions will be from foundation training to sports specific applications. Programs can be 1:1 and/or in a group training environment to promote camaraderie and team building. Major emphasis is placed on education in every athletes’ program. Programs may include: dynamic warm-up, flexibility/mobility, pre-habilitation, core stabilization, power development, strength component, speed training, agility, and recovery/regeneration.
