How long does someone need to be on a Corrective Exercise program?

That is difficult to answer with any specificity until you have gone thru the Kinetic Chain Assessment/IPPP. Factors that play into answering this question include the age of the client, previous injury history, current injuries, underlying imbalances, and commitment level to the program.

NEXTLEVEL Integrated Prevention and Performance Solutions generally recommends that clients commit to a minimum of 6 sessions. The 6 sessions allow you go through the Kinetic Chain Assessment/IPPP, identify your underlying imbalances, developing a corrective plan, work one on one to start making the needed corrections, as well as time to review and practice home exercises to help you reinforce the corrections.
