Corrective Exercise is used for establishing correct length tension relationships in muscles, creating mobility around joints, activating (or turning on) muscles, establishing good posture and core stability, and integrating the human movement system; all of which will improve life quality and performance as well as to help reduce the likelihood of suffering an injury.
